Air Tight ATC-1 preamplifier which as purchased new in 2015 from the New Zealand agent by the original owner (I am the second owner). This the revised version with IEC socket on the rear rather than fixed cable. Functions perfectly and comes with supplied Air Tight valves (Platinum Selection Electro Harmonix) which has recently been tested on friends B&K 747 valve tester and all of them measured strong. Included with the sale is a set of 3 Telefunken vintage valves for the line stage and a pair of low noise Tungsram 12AX7 SLN for the phonostage (see link below), and a pair of United National 12AX7 made in England for the phonostage (I think these are Brimar). These valves have also been tested with the Telefunken and Tungsram testing strong to new, and the United being NOS.
The amp has only had only use over the last 4-5 years and cosmetically it is in good condition with the except of a couple of marks on the top plate which have been touched up, and some scrapes on the top edge of the faceplate which I’ve shown in the photos. These happened during the first owner’s tenure when the amp was in transit and the top edge of the faceplate was rubbing against something.
I don’t have the original packaging but do have a suitable box and it will be very well package up. The original power cable and a copy of the manual are included.

A 3-stage K-K NF system, which is used in the Marantz Model7, is used for the Ixerair circuit.
A β circuit driven with low impedance reduces distortion over the entire bandwidth.
Equipped with an equalizer output terminal.
This jack does not pass through switches or volumes from input to output, so you can enjoy the sound of the 3-stage K-K NF equalizer.
The line amplifier circuit has a simple circuit structure. The tone adjustment circuit such as tone control and filter is removed, and the cathode follower is added after the first stage amplification.
A fast recovery diode is used for the high-voltage B power supply circuit of the power supply section.
In addition, by adopting a strict CR filter circuit and constant voltage circuit for the heater power supply, the obstacle of hum noise from the heater circuit is eliminated.
In the chassis configuration, the power supply section, line section and equalizer section are separated by copper-plated shield plates, and the volume switches are shielded by aluminum plates to separate the amplification of sections with different signal levels and eliminate mutual interference.
The chassis consists of a 1.6 mm thick welded box-type heavy chassis and aluminum and copper plated shield plates to provide a vibration-proof structure with high rigidity and non-magnetism.
The circuit mounting eliminates the influence on sound by eliminating printed wiring.
