Audiospheres

These Audiospheres are made of concrete. That means no resonance from the enclosure. The curved shape minimises diffraction. They sit freely in their tubs – so they are infinitely adjustable to your listening position. They are heavy, but an easy one-person lift.

In short, they sound great. Real clarity. Being single driver, the imaging is excellent. The centre image is rock solid, really outstanding. Small, but they do  bass, and they do volume. They can energise a medium-sized room. I’ve run them on an 8 watt amp with good results, and on a 180 watt amp. They are not hard to drive.

Front ported – so they can be positioned up against a wall no problem.

As the photos show, they take banana plugs only.

Taste is subjective, but I think they look great. They certainly attract attention. They are charcoal grey – the tabletop photos have them under a skylight; the fireside photo is more representative of their true colour.
