I bought this used from Carlton AV, it was traded in to them by one of their clients.
Tech-flex has come off on one side of the power filter, however does not affect functionality in my experience.
IEC end is a Furutech FI-11.
It lowered the noise floor in my system when powering the source DAC & pre-amp though a power distributor.
