The hype surrounding this DAC is all true - it sure sounds fabulous! So why am I selling it? Well I'm moving away from a multi-box, multi-component system to a simpler, fewer box solution.
I ran this Hugo2 in two different configurations. Whether it was connected direct to my Roon Nucleus or via an SoTM USB Ultra, the results were never short of amazing. I'll miss its tight, musical presentation with great soundstage and natural tone but I have succumbed to a one box streamer/DAC solution.
Included in the asking price is a Curious HugoLink USB cable, a beautiful leather case (unused), a second case for a Hugo2Go and all the original accessories and manual.
