I am looking to sell my Commonwealth Electronics (branded Philips Vision And Sound) 12D3 transcription turntable along with a PKE (Poul Kirk Electronics) ECMS-01 preamp.
The turntable was manufactured in 1973 and the serial number is P1330. It is in the original box and shows very little sign of wear. It seems to run smoothly, but makes a slight, repetitive sound when running on 78. The original manual, old warranty card and desk cutout is included.
The Preamp would have been used along with this amp at the ABC and has a small built in speaker that would've been used to cue up the record. I believe these units were custom built for the ABC.
This project has been sitting on the shelf for too long, so I've decided to move them on to give them another chance to bring joy.
