Selling my Rega Apheta 2 MC cartridge that came as the upgrade option on my Rega P8 turntable.
About 5 years old. I am the owner from new. Very little use over that time. Still tracks beautifully. Stylus is in great shape. Still has that crystal clear and direct sound, with great 3D soundstage, that it had when it first came home.
Recently upgraded to a RB3000 arm and non-Rega cart.
If I was to keep it, in the future I’d probably look at getting Andy Kim to give it the ‘Aphelion level’ upgrade with the boron cantilever for about $650.
